A very pretty handbag shaped lavender hanging pillow inspired by my own collection of Edwardian beaded bags.  It is made from a lovely 1930's paisley chintz eiderdown fabric.  I have trimmed it with a length of old bobbin lace threaded with a narrow ribbon.  The finishing touch is a Victorian carved mother of pearl button.  Backed with cream vintage linen.  Measures approx.  13cm x 12cm without ribbon hanger.
