PaymentPayments are processed via Paypal. A Paypal account is not required to make a purchase and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. Paypal uses a secure server to process your information and all your details remain confidential.
Delivery
I use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for shipping packages within the United Kingdom. Postage charges will be added to your order value where appropriate as follows:
Order value up to £30.00 £2.95
Between £30.00 - £60.00 £4.95
Between £60.00 - £100 £6.95
Orders with a value of over £100.00 are delivered free of charge.
For Channel Islands and overseas destinations, shipping is charged at cost, please contact me with details of the items you are interested in and I can calculate a price.
Orders for stocked items are usually despatched within 2 working days.
Items are packaged in ivory coloured tissue paper and are accompanied by a description card. Gift boxes & a gift wrap service is available for some items ~ please view 'Paper Goods' in the shop.
Returns & Refunds
Please report any damaged items within 48 hours of receipt - please email via the contact page in the first instance. You may return any stocked item with the exception of special commissions within 14 days of receiving your package for a full refund or exchange. Goods must be returned in the same condition they were sold and in original packaging if possible. Delivery & collection charges are not refundable. Please obtain a proof of postage when returning items.
Description of Goods
I take every care to ensure that the descriptions of my products are accurate. Please do bear in mind that all items are handmade using vintage and antique materials and will show natural signs of wear and tear associated with age!
