My favourite time of year....
This is usually when I really go to town! Known amongst family and friends as 'Mrs Christmas' this is the perfect opportunity to use up every sparkly button and bead in my collection and combine them with gorgeous fragments of special textiles and trims. Every piece is completely unique ~ occasionally I might make two the same if I have enough matching ingredients, but mostly they are one~off pieces. I create my own filling for some of the pillows combining wheat grains, lavender, allspice, cloves, cinnamon and mandarin oil ~ which sums up the time of year for me...
